He has 25 years of progressive senior experiences in business, engineering, and manufacturing management working within companies.

His expertise is in manufacturing entrepreneurship, innovation to commercialization, business coaching, consulting, mentoring, transformation, lean six sigma, accelerate profitable growth, operations/project management, family business adviser and workforce training.
